🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial advisory, microfinance, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of microfinance products and services, including loans, savings, and insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and basic knowledge of financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Professional certification in financial advisory or microfinance is a plus.
