📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the sports and recreation facility, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all activities and events.
• Manage and coordinate with staff, including instructors, maintenance personnel, and administrative staff, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain safety and compliance standards.
• Monitor and maintain facility equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and meets industry standards.
• Plan and organize events, workshops, and classes, working closely with marketing and sales teams to promote and sell memberships and programs.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the sports and recreation industry.
• Strong knowledge of facility management software, such as FacilitySoft or ServiceNow.
• Certification in safety and compliance, such as OSHA or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Proven track record of successful project management and problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
