📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the management of crew schedules and deployments, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations.
• Support the crew management team in processing crew changes, including onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Coordinate with vessel operators and crew members to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of crew documentation, including contracts, medical certificates, and training records.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of maritime operations and compliance.
• Contribute to the development of reports and analyses on crew performance and operational efficiency.
• Support the crew management team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of crew activities and vessel operations.
• Assist in the organization of crew events and social activities to foster a positive and supportive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to maritime studies, logistics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of maritime regulations and crew management practices.
• Familiarity with crew management software, such as CrewLink or MaritimeOne, is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations, including international assignments.
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and STCW Basic Safety Training certificate preferred.
