📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and present proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate and close contracts with clients and partners
- Provide ongoing support to clients, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related role
- Strong understanding of the logistics and transportation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
