On-Site F&B Trainer - Mixue (Bali Expansion)

As an On-Site F&B Trainer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of Mixue baristas and F&B professionals. Working across multiple locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you'll be on the front lines of our expansion, ensuring that every Mixue outlet in Bali delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Your daily tasks will involve training and mentoring staff on Mixue’s unique brewing techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards. You'll work closely with store managers and owners to implement and maintain high-quality training programs, using tools like Mixue’s proprietary training manuals and interactive learning platforms. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs for Mixue baristas and F&B staff, focusing on brewing techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Conduct regular on-site training sessions to ensure staff are well-versed in Mixue’s standards and best practices.
• Assist store managers in implementing and maintaining training programs, using Mixue’s proprietary tools and platforms.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to staff, addressing individual needs and helping them develop their skills.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, gathering feedback from staff and customers to make continuous improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge into training programs.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate trainers to ensure consistency in training standards across all Mixue outlets in Bali.
• Promote Mixue’s brand values and customer service standards, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B training or a related field, preferably within the beverage industry.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs, with a focus on practical skills and knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor a diverse range of staff.
• Familiarity with Mixue’s products and brewing techniques, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to plan and coordinate training sessions efficiently.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
• Valid SIO (Surat Izin Olahraga) and SIUP (Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan) for working in the F&B industry in Bali.
