📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Monitor and maintain financial controls, ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial projections and analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data for reporting and analysis.
• Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial records and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian, with English proficiency being a plus.
