As a Customer Experience Executive at Zen Career, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers at our premium eyewear stores. Your mission is to deliver an unparalleled customer experience, from personalized consultations to after-sales support. Using tools like Salesforce and QuickBooks, you’ll manage customer data efficiently, ensuring seamless interactions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct eyewear consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Manage customer data using Salesforce and QuickBooks to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Assist in store maintenance and organization to ensure a clean and inviting shopping environment.
• Promote products and services to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed daily sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or retail, preferably in the eyewear industry.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and QuickBooks for customer data management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and sales transactions.
