GRID Berjaya is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear and concise technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and be able to work independently to meet project deadlines.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with developers to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Create user guides, API references, and other technical materials,Review and edit technical content for clarity and accuracy,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials,Conduct research and gather information to support technical documentation,Work with the marketing team to create product brochures and other promotional materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken,Experience with software documentation tools and platforms,Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines,Strong research and analytical skills,Excellent communication and collaboration skills
