🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee production processes and quality standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and resource planning.,Proficient in using basic office software and tools.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Bachelor's degree in related field preferred but not mandatory.
