📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.,Manage and develop a high-performing team of store staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as local laws and regulations.,Promote and maintain a positive customer experience, addressing customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure effective product displays and promotions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store transactions, inventory, and employee performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and implement solutions.
