📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote the Hajj Savings program to potential customers, ensuring compliance with Sharia principles.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and community leaders.,Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries and concerns promptly.,Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.,Monitor market trends and customer feedback to improve the Hajj Savings program.,Ensure all transactions and operations comply with Sharia principles and local regulations.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Islamic Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Sharia principles and Islamic finance products.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with marketing tools and software is a plus.,Valid ID card and work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
