📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide expert tax advisory services to clients, including tax planning, compliance, and optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide clients with timely and accurate information.
  • Conduct tax audits and reviews to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant tax laws.
  • Assist in the training and development of junior tax consultants.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the tax department.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance our tax services.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Familiarity with tax software and tools is a plus.
