📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for infrastructure projects using TBM (Tender Bid Management) systems.,Conduct detailed quantity surveys and cost analysis to support project planning and budgeting.,Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective and efficient project delivery.,Monitor and control project costs, identifying and mitigating any cost overruns or shortfalls.,Prepare and present cost reports and forecasts to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.,Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in cost estimation and quantity surveying.,Provide guidance and support to junior team members in cost estimation and quantity surveying tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation and quantity surveying for infrastructure projects.,Proven experience using TBM systems for cost estimation and project management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for cost analysis and reporting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
