📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet customer demands and maintain high-quality standards.,Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation.,Create and implement new recipes and menu items to keep the offerings fresh and exciting.,Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage and disposal of food waste.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.,Participate in health and safety inspections and ensure compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 5 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Experience with menu planning and cost control is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
