📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and other relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of statutory financial reports and filings.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Manage and mentor junior accounting staff.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Experience with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks is a plus.
