📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Stock and organize products to ensure they are available for customers.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Promote products and services to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with sales and customer service principles.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
