Duta Hana Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to lead our Seminyak location. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Manage inventory and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.,Drive sales growth through marketing initiatives and promotions.,Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with the corporate team to implement company-wide strategies.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within the F&B industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.,Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is a plus.
