This role is your chance to drive our e-commerce expansion across top platforms like Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada. As a Marketplace Growth Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our digital strategy. You'll manage our marketplace accounts, optimize product listings, and develop data-driven campaigns to increase sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in e-commerce and a passion for driving growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our marketplace accounts on platforms like Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Develop and execute data-driven strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and manage paid campaigns.
• Monitor marketplace performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement best practices for product listings and customer engagement.
• Work with the sales team to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging marketplace strategies.
• Manage a team of marketplace coordinators to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Proven experience in managing marketplace accounts and driving sales growth.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketplace analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
