📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications.,Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.,Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Identify and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.,Mentor and coach junior developers to help them grow and develop their skills.,Participate in code sprints and hackathons to drive innovation and creativity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web or mobile applications.,Strong programming skills in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.,Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.,Knowledge of software development tools and frameworks, such as Git, Docker, or Kubernetes.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
