📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements.
  • Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate performance.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Mentor and coach junior recruiters to ensure they meet performance expectations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Understanding of the local job market and industry trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
