📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of our services.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, providing them with the support and resources they need to excel in their roles.,Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met, and that the branch is operating within legal and ethical guidelines.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers, community leaders, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.,Represent the company at local events and community meetings, promoting our services and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Familiarity with healthcare software and technology, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote work with occasional on-site visits.
