In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our executive team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist executives with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations.,Manage and maintain executive calendars and schedules.,Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and messages.,Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up materials.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate information dissemination.,Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports for executive meetings.,Provide translation and interpretation services in Korean for business communications.,Maintain and update executive files and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proficient in both written and spoken Korean.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administrative Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with corporate etiquette and protocols.
