📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Manage the department's budget and resources, ensuring that they are used effectively and efficiently.,Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the department's goals align with the organization's overall objectives.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Ensure that all departmental policies and procedures are followed, and that compliance with relevant regulations is maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
