Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with budgetary controls.
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted costs.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate and timely reporting of departmental expenses.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and financial regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Provide financial support during the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with the hotel's strategic objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis, preferably in the hospitality industry.
