📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the coffee industry.,Proven track record of successful store management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of coffee brewing methods and products.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
