📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and purchases,Provide accurate product information and answer customer inquiries,Process transactions and handle cash and card payments,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area,Promote sales and special offers to customers,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and basic English,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Basic computer skills,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
