In this role, you'll perform a variety of aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to facials, peels, laser treatments, and injectables. You'll work closely with patients to understand their unique needs and deliver personalized care. Our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including the latest in aesthetic devices and software, ensuring you have the tools to excel in your practice.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic procedures, including facials, peels, laser treatments, and injectables, under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Consult with patients to assess their skin concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain detailed patient records and ensure compliance with medical and aesthetic standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine through continuous education and training.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless integration of aesthetic treatments within the broader healthcare framework.
• Assist in the management of the clinic's inventory and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring patients leave satisfied and well-informed about their treatments.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinic operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aesthetic nursing or related field.
• Certification in aesthetic medicine or a related field (e.g., Certified Aesthetic Nurse (CAN), Advanced Aesthetic Nurse (AAN)).
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic procedures and products, including but not limited to Botox, fillers, lasers, and chemical peels.
• Experience with medical software such as Practice Fusion, EMR, or similar systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
