📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training personnel as needed.,Provide guidance and support to employees in their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, ATD, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
