📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a well-presented and appealing store.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Participate in promotional events and sales campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to lift and move merchandise as required.
