As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use. You will also be responsible for scheduling maintenance, tracking vehicle usage, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use.Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, including routine inspections, repairs, and servicing.Track and report on vehicle usage, including mileage, fuel consumption, and driver performance.Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements, including vehicle inspections and driver training.Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient fleet operations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet activities and transactions.Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and other stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management, and implement improvements as needed.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, logistics, or transportation management.Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems, such as Fleetio, Geotab, or similar.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, managers, and other stakeholders.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.🛠️ Keahlian
